Karl has a broad background starting as a Professional Coach in 1996, Working in Community Services and Corrections before joining the Army, then as a Chief Operations Officer and People and Culture Manager. Karl has served as a Full Time and Reserve Officer. The common theme and passion throughout Karl’s career have and continues to be service to others.

Karl has seen how veterans can and should be supported throughout their lives and that as professionals, service people bring great value wherever they go.

As the General Manager for Advocates Online, Karl looks forward to providing service to the amazing team and Advocates Online and ensuring veteran and their families transition well, with dignity and support as they have given great service to the nation.

Karl is married to Kellie an amazing patient wife and veteran, they dream about having free time but are fortunate to be constantly loved (challenged) by their 3 young children.
